The Governing Board of Directors of the 46th Chicago International Film Festival invites you to join them in honoring one of America's most talented and admired directorsRON HOWARD
Cinema/Chicago will honor one of this generation's most popular directors at the 2010 Summer Gala. Ron Howard has created some of Hollywood's most memorable films, from the critically acclaimed dramas A Beautiful Mind and Apollo 13 to the hit comedies Parenthood and Splash. The night will feature an award presentation of the Silver Hugo Career Achievement Award and a celebration of Mr. Howard's career with film highlights.
